Mo by far. He had a fantastic career and he always dominated in the playoffs. I can see both of them in the HOF, but if I had to choose between them my choice would be Rivera hands down.

Mariano has proven to be the best closer in baseball no question.

Billy Wagner seems to fade in big situations(although he's still a great closer).
