Scarecrow ideas! Please Help!

We have a scarecrow festival every year, and we're starring to run out of ideas :( We would'nt mind what it is but we'd like it to be funny o'r a famous person ideally, nut don't mind if it is'nt. We've previously done a farmer, Homer Simpson and Bob he Builder!
