Schezwan chicken curry.?

Curry turned out two spicy. I added 3 karshmiri chilli , red chilli powder.450 grams chicken

  1. Just add half small cup of beaten yoghurt and cook it on slow flame for 10-15 minutes or until the whiteness of yoghurt is gone. It also increases the flavour of the curry.



    If it is still spicy u can also add 1 boiled and fully mashed potato in the curry which makes it mild and also thickens the gravy.

    U can use both of the methods together  or one by itself.


  2. I couldn't find anything on the web at all about curry being a Szechuan dish. What recipe did you use and where did you get it?

  3. Is your curry too hot? Add a whole peeled raw potato. You can also add dessert spoon of brown or palm sugar to even out the spiciness.
