Question:

School? Bit of advice? please?

Hi there =]

Were back to school on Tuesday and I'm really dreading it TBH. It's not the fact of the work or boredom or anything else. It's just like..I've fallen out with my best mate and he bullies me and I know myself that I suffer from depression. I cut (and yes, I did get help) I still sometimes do it a bit, but not as much. I'm really stressed and as I'm a bit overweight (I've been trying to lose weight for ages, but it's hard and blah, I'm gonna keep trying) Anyway, as I'm overweight, people pick on me. My confidence is low. Any suggestions of how to ignore people and not get so upset? I worry allot, quite badly TBH. Please just give me some suggestions and be kind..please?

  1. my friend moved to my school back in 3rd grade and evry1 made fun of him because he was fat he never cared what any1 said and he got more fit got into sports and now evry1 knows him hope this years better

  3. You'll make new friends, just be confident, don't look at this bullying friend, ignore him if it's really bad.  If it's so bad, then tell someone you trust.  Just try and make him feel that you're not bothered by him or anyone else, without saying anything.  

  4. try to talk to someone older about the bullies or your parents

    and for the rest see your doctor and take up some hobbies to take your mind off things being overweight is only a problem for others mostly but be determined if you want to lose some as you grow it may disappear if you don't like to go swimming or the gym try getting a rowing machine for the house and bicycle go to a football match to get out the house or something like that

  5. try to have fun!!! go to the movies, play mini golf..try out for a sport..anything that u like to do

    and about confidence..dont worry about what people think of you, ignore what they say because they just need something to talk about

    bullies...dont let them crush you. if u stand up to him, chances are he'll stop


  6. Don't let them people get you down. Don't worry about your weight. If you are happy with the way you look don't change for anybody. Also, depression is VERY difficult. I've been suffering with it for several years but just take it day by day and you can get through it. Try to stay away from people who will get you down. Good luck!
