I am a expert with styles. Neon colors are sooo in right now. I would suggest a neon green skinny jeans with a hot pink tank top, maybe either black converse or white ballet flats, and maybe a little bit of jewelry and a scarf. Dont be afraid to try something new. if you want people to be like wow your outfit is HOT.. then create your won style with unique patterns and different combinations
