describe one energy transfer or transformation thats happens in this situation

The stone had potential energy from its highest point.

The stone has kinetic energy from movement as it fell.

As it hit the water the energy was transferred to the water in the form of wave energy

A guitar string is plucked by mechanical energy

the string is caused to vibrate and a sound wave is produced

the air particles cause the ear drum, the 3 bones and the cochlea to vibrate

As a wave goes from a less dense to a denser medium it slows down. There really is not enough information to answer your question in total

as a particle moves from one medium to da other ...

1. in reflection.....da energy increses.or sometimes even gets decreases.......

2.in...refraction..da particle bends....and gets attracted to da medium....through magnatism.or electrically.........
