Can you get your Scuba License in Ontario, Canada? (Preferably in Toronto/Peterborough area)

sure, go to padi.com and find a dive shop near you

you can get certified just about anywhere if there is some body of water over 15ft deep. any dive shop will tell you about classes.just look in your yellow pages
