  1. Tilapia works with most everything & anything!  Just do a good Yahoo/Google search for your favorites:

    indian spices

    thai spices

    moroccan spices

    greek spices

    cajun/creole spices

Even just a little Old Bay seasoning is perfect!

    Marinades:

    lime/tequila

    cuban mojo

    thai chili lemongrass

    jamaican jerk

  2. lemon pepper or garlic lemon pepper are both really good.

You can try making a spice paste to blacken it- there are tons of recipes online, but it can take awhile to make a paste.

In a pinch, you can always use McCormick or MrsDash.

  3. i use a Jamaican type of seasoning.  after it's cooked, i garnish the fish with fresh "salsa" - tomatoes, garlic, onions, and cilantro, and lime juice.  the "salsa" is a good combination with the spiciness of the seasoning.

  4. You can use salt, pepper, paprika, Mrs. dash & a bit of lemon juice or any mixed spices that has lemon in it.
