Secret stores in NYC?

So I was shopping with some friends in NYC today and we went in the ALIFE store. Is there any other "secret" stores in NYC that we could visit?

Secret as in they're not highly advertised, but still a cool store.

  1. loads of them.  i put a link to a few below.  the first is my favorite, cuz they have such old stuff.  the apple store is a must.
