Self cleaning oven not working right

Question

i just tried to use my self cleaning oven. I set the time, the oven beeped three times, and the door locked. a fan went on but the key pad went blank and doesn't say clean. the cancel button doesn't work. I hope that in 2 1/2 hours at least the door will unlock. what can I do?
