would i need to get a licence or would i get away with selling raffle tickets and everyone is a winner.....

  2. In the old days we would all have whip round and one of us would buy a crate of ale and take it to the back of the charabanc and drink it on the journey. You don't need a licence it's traditional.

  6. Alcohol is not allowed on Buses/coaches here in The UK. It is illegal. OK to store it in the luggage compartment though.

  10. Under the licensing Act 2003 it is illegal to sell alchol (over 0.5% abv) on any moving road vehicle... I see where you are coming from.. tickets.. not cash.. but the customers know what they get for the ticket so it's the same in the eyes of the Act.. sorry but you are wide open and it's up to £20,000 and / or 6 months in prison!!!!
