Selling a 2007 Toyota Prius?

Question

I hear that there is a waiting list for Toyota Prius, and I want to sell my 2007 Prius, but I don't know where to start. I wish I could find that waiting list. :) Any help will do.

you can do it two ways:

Take it to toyota and they'll give you trade in value.

OR you can do what my neighbor did.

get a car marker and write FOR SALE (price).

he got 20 callers the first day.

local papers

cars.com and autotrader.com will definately sell your car, they are very big nationaly and im sure people will be looking all over the place for a prius, they are relatively easy to list your car on, as long as you have at least moderate computer skills and can get some pictures, and of course you will have to pay for it.

Right now it's a seller's market for the Prius..  Even a second-hand Prius can command a big premium because Toyota can't make enough new ones to satisfy demand.

You can try selling your Prius on E-bay, on Craigslist, etc.  Or you can contact your local Toyota dealer and ask them how much they are willing to pay for your '07.

The dealership where I bought my '07 Prius actually called me a couple weeks ago and offered to buy it back for just $800 less than what I paid for it last year.  No way I'm selling my Prius though.  :-P

I have an 07 Prius and if I were selling mine, I would start by putting a 'for sale' sign on it.  

It will probably sell itself if you have taken care of it.
