Senior Citizen Metro?

My grandpa has one of those senior citizen metrocard things and it has some money inside. but then another card came for some reason in which ii don't know why. so ii was wondering how I can get the money from the old metrocard into the new metrocard. thanks (=

Can't you get it transferred from old to the new -- combine them.
