Have you ever been in Varna ( bulgaria ) in summer time?

I need to know is it posible to swim in sea in day time?

I recive 2 answer from " Michael J " & " Svetla " but I need more answer and if somebody stay at varna in september from 1th to 10th it's very helpfull for me, please let me know about the weather at this time.
