Sequence Mode On Camera?

There is a mode on some cameras called sequence mode, in which it takes about 15 pictures and then makes it into one giant picture containing all of your little pictures. How can you tell if your camera has it or not?

  1. Usually it is done in software that comes with the camera or you can do it in Photoshop.

Other names to look for are panorama mode or stitch assist.  Usually you set whether you are going left to right or right to left and it will show the last picture you took and you can line up the next picture with the last picture.  This is to insure you've got enough overlap for a "successful" stitching. (Somewhere around 20-35% overlap is good.)
