First how can i last longer. i usualy shoot in about the first 4-7 mins. once i lasted about 45 mins though.

Second after i *** in the condom should i keep goin or should i stop?

there are several tricks to last longer;

1. m********e to climax but very slowly - like 20 minutes - it requires frequent stopping

2 try flexing your butt, legel muscles - same muscle to stop pee ing mid stream - do this every day, 3 - 5x,  for a month.

and yes keep at it even if you have " filled " the condom, most females like to be the one to stop, so men keep at it

You can last longer by practicing masturbation until you almost ejaculate, then stop for several seconds, do it again until you're almost there, and stop. Do this repeatedly as many times as you can stand. It will train your body to hold back longer before ejaculation.

For the second question, Definitely stop for a second. Take off the condom after you ejaculate, and put on a new one if you want to continue. It doesn't take much for the s***n to seep out, and remember, a woman can get pregnant from just a drop of s***n.

If you over m********e then you will last a lot longer. That is because you aren't naturally horny. So try less s*x/masturbation/ per day, or maybe per week. I don't know.

And should you keep going? >.> I honestly would say no, because it wouldn't feel good, but if you had it in you then go nuts!
