I am planning for 3 day(16-19 jun) trip from Mumbai to Pondicherry to visit Aurobindo ashram by air.

I want to know, is it feasible?

What is best time to visit Pondicherry?

This is not the best time for Pondy.. Best time is winter season. you can take flight to chennai and then take the famous west corridor road to pondy. it is  an amazing road..
