Sharing Compositions?

Hi I am a new composer I've taken a year long theory class so I have a handle on composing and I've played for about 4 years now. I am looking for a site where I can post some of my stuff just to get feedback and ideas. If you know of any site like this please share it :)

Myspace.com is a site widely used by composers to show their new stuff.

If you have recordings of those compositions, and they're in the "popular music" realm, then that's easier:

lastfm.com

garageband.com

myspace.com (really!)

For acoustic/orchestral/choral music, I suggest starting from google!
