Question:

Sharp CF-2216 PM light on

Can not make copies, PM service light (the little man) is on and will not clear. I tried the sequence (Cancel,interrupt,0,interrupt...1,5,Start) yet the light will come back. Is there another code that I should do? This is a older copier but people are comfortable with it.
