Shell Vacations Rip Off!?

My wife and I were also duped by this now worthless organization... We would love to join into a Class action Law suit to regain our losses. [e-mail] We have been paying into this out fit for over 7 years and have not used their Service. We tried to sell it through two different companies and were ripped off by them. Shell Vacation Club is a White Elephant... It is worthless and they themselves will not take it back or sell it...We are now too old too travel and can ill afford to continue paying into an organization that represents a now useless product... Another ripped off couple.. Ray & Hazel Burrell.

I'm not seeing a question here.  But have you been involved with any government agencies?  It would seem if the company misrepresented themselves, you'd have a case.  

Though, I don't think any company has an obligation to take something back after it's been sold & out of warranty.   Otherwise, auto makers & many others, would be bombarded by those who felt they could no longer use the product.
