well, i heard of the Shichida method, i heard it is good, and the instructors receive certified brain stimulation license too, i guess there's no harm in trying, meanwhile you can also check them out at 88db site, you can also find other enrichment programmes here

NO not for a 3 month old. Save your money and just provide an all around stimulating environment with lots of love and care and affection. These programs do not really produce smarter kids at that age!
