Shiny pokemon?

is it lucky to have shiny pokemon because i have a two shiny eevee and one shiny shinx

Not lucky. Rare, unless you hacked them.

lucky i have completed ruby, sapphire, emerald, leaf green, and diamond and i have never even seen a shiny pokemon

Getting Shiny Pokemon in Pokemon games is not based on luck.  While you might be able to get 3 Shiny Pokemon on your game quickly, somebody else might not get them that quickly.  It is all based upon when the game wants you to have one (the game code is what determines if and when you will get one).  

The odds of getting a Shiny Pokemon are 1:8,192, so getting 3 Shiny Pokemon is pretty rare.  Therefore, I think that getting Shiny Pokemon in the Pokemon games is based on rarity and not how lucky someone is :)

Shiny pokemon are rare and it also depends on you luck. In thousands of wild pokemon only 1 might appear shiny.

Shiny Pokemon are extremely rare.

It is said that the chances are 8192 to 1 in getting one - no kidding.

On previous pokemon games, a shiny pokemon would only ever appear every 60 hours of gameplay!

To find them, use a PokeRadar and when a different colour shines in the grass, it means that there is a shiny Pokemon there.
