Shipping an xbox360 to microsoft?

ok i called microsoft today and they told me they wound send me a email with the shipping labels. dose this mean i have to get my own box and send it out. cuz ive been waiting for microsoft to send me a box and they havent sent one and ive been waiting for almost 3 weeks now

i had gotten the RRoD and i called them up gave em my address and they sent me a box with the shipping labels and such in it, i dont know why theyre emailing you the labels and not sending you a box with everything in it like me, you could try and call em up again
