I was watching Buffy(best show ever!) and they used it in a sexual context, implying it was something like a game. I googled it but nothing like that came up. so i was just wondering if anybody knew this s*x game and wouldn't mind explaining what it entails... Thank you!

It's not really a game; just something the writers made up for the show.  It's more of a funny, sexual innuendo than anything else.

Shiver me timbers is a nautical term which references the awe or wonderment that ancient sailors experienced when rough seas shook the timbers of wooden sailing ships.

As a sexual reference, the correlation is obvious.
