This guy likes me but right no were really good friends bt i dont want our friendship to be ruined if we break up later?

Be honest to yourself about your feeling for him

Ask yourself

Do you like him  just as a friend, or more than that?

If so, then do you feel for him the same way he does for you?

If both of them are "Yes",  then I'll say go for it,

but make it clear that, for whatever reason your relationship might not last, it will not affect your friendship.

If you see him just as a close friend, then i suggest you both to try to be/go to a quiet place where you can not be disturbed by people, and just talk to him step by step, so it won't be a sudden crash for him,

and try to explain  to him the way you feel for him and see him as.

I use to have this problem. If you're gonna get into a relationship with him, just be sure that you're honest with him. And make sure at the beginning that if anything happens in the future hes willing to stay friends.

Just take it slowly.

if you like him aswell i'd say go for it!
