Shooting Kangaroos Legalities?

Hi, I was wondering is it legal for 13 year olds to shoot kangaroos in NSW on their own properties?

On your own property you would be ok as long as you were accompanied by a lisence holder as you can only apply for a minors lisence when you are 16 then a full lisence when you are 18. The shooting of roos as vermin on your own property though may require a permit but it wouldnt be hard to get , but who is gonna know anyway , the last firearms amnisty changed gun laws allowing unlisenced shooters to use firearms in the company of lisence holders either on a property or at a range to allow the experience to help people decide, and incourage people to aquire a lisence.
