Im in grade 9 in highschool, i wiegh 137 pounds, and im not crazy strength, on a vertical bench press i could do 80 about 10 times. but my leg strength is better. i play soccer alot, and im going to ply hockey, training has already started which im doing, and we dont play much this year, its just building up to get stronger for the next years. we play with g12,g11,g10 and g9. thanks
