Should I be in trouble?

My moms boyfriend is a money sucker and him and his two kids are always at our house. I always scare his one kid so hopefully he'll get fed up and move out cause my moms a lawyer and she doesn't need him bringing her down. In an attempt to scare his kid I hid behind a shower curtain. My hair was in front of my face all except for my eyes and lips. My eyes were all black makeup-y and my lips had red marker trailing down the edged. I opened the shower curtain. He say me and his mouth gaped open. I growled at him like I always do. His eyes got wide and he looked paralyzed. I stepped out of the tub/shower and he screamed bloody murder and began sobbing as he ran into the living room. My mom was LAUGHING and I got in trouble.I thought it was hilarious. anyway. The kid is 6. Earlier that day I told him about 'sara' who eats people in the bathroom. Now my moms boyfriend who LIVES at our house,has no job, and he has his own house and everything is mad at me. You opinion?

Dear god child, grow UP! Are you even old enough to be on here? Its not the child's fault that your mom has a boyfriend. Dont be so selfish, if the guy makes your mom happy, be happy for your mom you baby. Grow up and be a good example for that 6 year old.

It is not Our job to COMFORT her or tell her that it is okay to torment a young child. She needs to know that it is wrong, and no we should not grow down since this forum is not for children and the answers should be answered by someone with experience and knowledge. And im pretty sure telling her to grow up is our OPINION which she had asked for....We did our job, she was wrong and needs to learn....learning that you did something wrong is part of being a child as well as growing up.

What kind of person are you, picking on and terrorizing a little kid?  Your issue is with the boyfriend, not a six year-old child.  He SHOULD be angry with you for acting like such an immature, spoiled brat.

i hate my mums partner but i wouldnt go as far as terrorising his kids :)

try to speak to your mum alone and tell her how youre feeling - she probably has no clue you're feeling this and im guessing you want to miss the "youre too old for this childish behavior" from the boyfriend... i wish i could have avoided that talk :P

You sound like me 2 years ago, when my mom first married my step dad (be glad your mom isn’t married to her boyfriend...)

I really did hate my step. I still don’t get along with him. I still very much dislike the guy...but I learned if I want to not have a suck home-life, I needed to just not give him an opportunity to be a f*g to me (it really pisses him off...like a lot. he likes to be a j******f.)

I came to love my room. A lot. I spent a lot of time in it...and my friends always were cool with me staying over a lot.

Don’t terrorize the poor little kid...even is he is a little f***er.

Have six.

...even if it does sound freaking hilarious...

But still.

And ask your mom if she will just talk to you. And don’t yell it either. If she sees you acting all serious, she will probably take you way more serious if you’re NOT acting like your normal self. At least that’s how my mom reacts... (And she’s always attached to a phone or computer, so she’s usually pretty hard to communicate well with.)

Tell her whets up...and give her reasons why you dislike him.

Usually if I complain to my mom she just waves it away...then I get pissed off, and start yelling brutally honest things...

Which I don’t think a person should do, and I don’t advise it really...that’s just me being really pissed off....

So see if that works. (Not the yelling thing...)

And good luck...I know how you feel about cheap-*** s***heads...I still have to live with one...

But I have 2 more years till I can move to Seattle with my dad, and get away from this current living situation...just got to hold on.

You people are on here to help comfort this teenage girl when she tells you that shes upset about her situation, to answer her question as to if she should be in trouble.

I think its stupid to lecture her on growing up when its apparent shes young confused and miserable. You should ease up a bit, grow "down", put yourself in her situation.

Ok anyways, you need to have a family discussion. Sit around the table and discuss what should be done. It is very mature for people your age to bring up decisions like this. If these things are getting in the way of giving you a normal life, make change! you go girl!
