  1. civics usually last around 300k miles, so :0

  2. at 217k that car is considered a bit on the downside of its life but like many import cars, if you take care of them they'll run until the wheels fall off.  You can be fairly confident in a Honda when you but it at around 100k...they're just getting broken in.  At over 200k you might want to weigh out your options.

  3. not bad.. it has a vtec motor the d16y8 so its better than most of the other civics in that year.. I say go for it.. if its cheap.. OR get a cheap 96-98 civic cx and do a motor swap.. youll take out most cars in teh street..

  4. your insurance will be through the roof!
