I came to the U.S. on a visa and overstayed and have been working with another person's social security number. I got a "Request for Tax Return" saying that i should file my taxes for 2006. I made $12,750 that year. I don't know what to do. I have a tax pin, but I don't think that would help me since it is a different number form the social security number on the w-2.Should I just let it slide? What happens if I don't file even though they said the deadline is in July?
