Should I make this deal?

I get: Vernon Davis, Willis McGahee or Brandon Jacobs

I give: Dallas Clark

I already have Jason Witten and the 2 RB are on his bench and i need a backup RB for Jones-Drew and Jackson

Yes.  Do it.  Davis and McGahee.  I am not the biggest fan of McGahee but he is still a 2nd round pick.  You won't start Davis most weeks unless Witten gets hurt.  

Also, Jackson is being a butt and holding out.  This is concerning at the lack of talks and might get ugly soon.  McGahee and MJD would do and might suprise you.  However, Jackson and MJD or McGahee would do great.

Well that's definitely a downgrade, but if you already have Witten, then I'd do it.  Even though you lose Dallas clark, you get a good backup RB.  But if you're going to go through with it, I would push to get Brandon Jacobs over Willis McGahee.

I would take the deal and McGahee over Jacobs. The team your trading must not play fantsy football to much this is the worst trade for him the is possible.

McGahee for sure!  It's amazing you can trade a guy who is drafted about the 65th pick for a guy who is drafted around the 15th pick.  I'd start McGahee over Jones-Drew as well.

I would do the deal only if you get Davis and McGahee, wouldn't take Jacobs.
