Should I take AP Chem?

Question

im going to be a sophmore next year when I take it and i have not reviewd chem since 8th grade but i was really good at it

do you think i should take it?

If you were once good at it, when you pick up the material again, you will pick up the information a whole lot quicker. I think you should take it. I, personally, took it this year with an AMAZING teacher (100% passing rate last year and 52% 5's the year before) and it was a great experience having him for honors and AP.

Anyways, the fact is, I think you should take the class. It will be good for you, will help get things out of the way faster, and will save you money, time, and effort.

Well, if you think it's the right choice for you and that you know you can handle the work in the class, go for it. You only live life once. ;)

It depends a lot on what you want to do as a career in the future, but I would still highly recommend it.  I took the class and it was highly beneficial to me because I'm majoring in biochemistry.
