Should I wait or take action??

Question

So this guy who is a cappy that I like and me and him had a drunken make out, no s*x tho.And before I made out with him he tells me that he never made a move with me b/c he thought I liked his roommate, cause thats what his roomie told him. but he lied to him. Anyways right after we were done and I was walkin out the door he said maybe we can be something more and I walked away and didn't say anythin.But I text him 2 days later and he tells me he's not interested and he doesn't like me, but everytime i'd see him he would be staring at me even my friends notice. And then he saw me at my friends party and was so nice and gave me a huge hug askin how I was. But I haven't talked to him in like 2 months cause I thought he was rude so I ignored him.Then a week ago he ims me outta nowhere and was askin how I was, then said he had to go but that I could im him later or txt him if I wanted. I still like him and want to see him. So should i wait for him to txt me or should I txt him today?

txt him 2 day. i think he was actin rude bcause you left the room without sayin anything which made him think you werent interested in him.it probablly got him thinkin  and the im was a test to c if you still liked him or not. so if u really like him u should text him

If you start to notice him pushing you away and then pulling you back, remember what I said. He's got others on the side. He pushes you away when he needs to make time for the others, then pulls you back so he won't have to be alone when they go away.
