Should i clean out my gerbils?

i have some baby gerbils 15 days old today and i NEED to clean them out they are ready to clean ot but should i tuch the nest or leavit and clean around it

They should be alright to be clean out,if they have opened their eyes then carefully put them and their mother in a carrier/box,if they have not quite opened their eyes,just clean around the nest they are in. Sometimes if their eyes aren't open but they are moving around do the same with the open eyed thing(e.g put them in a box).depends on if they are moving around &/or have opened their eyes. My baby gerbils & the mums have never been funny about me cleaning out the cage.So yours shouldn't be.
