i now its the 9 th today (where i live anyway) but should i start? becuase this is my first ramadan and i thought it would be a good idea to fast now to get used to it for ramadan....do u think i should?also i have these questions1) what if i cant keep the fast for sha'ban and break it? is it as bad as breaking the ramadan fast? becuase this is my first time and im kinda using sha'ban as ractise...is that wrong?2) is it true that AFTER fasting is over and u start eating normally that you gain loads of weight becuase ur body has lost muscle so u gain alot of fat???3) Can you exercise during ramadan...after maghrib ofcourse otherwise i wouldnt have the energy :) i was think mainly running and stuff... or will that mean u lose more muscle beacue ur like starving...4) What healthy things do u recommend to eat in the evening so i dont gain loads of fat?5) Is there a reward for doing the sha'ban fast? And what is its significance....or is it just sunnah6) what if my period comes on?please can u answer my Q in number points that wud be great thanks!jazakh Allah khairxsensible answers only thanks :)
