  1. I think many of us have partied as minors. its the matter of being safe about it, don't drink and drive...just think before hand...you don't want to look back 5 years from now and be ashamed or embarrassed about something you shouldn't have done!

    BE SAFE!

  2. its your partying years. dont even hesitate! remember...after college, its called alcoholism

  3. Absolutely, go have fun just make sure you can say your abc's before driving

  4. Yes i think its fine if you party, but the drinking is the problem. If you go to a party, just don't drink and be at the wrong place at the wrong time...

  5. yes they should.

  6. Minors should party as long as they're smart and safe about it. That goes for anything you do in life, regardless of age...

  7. They can party without alcohol.... well at least legally.

  8. Drinking at such a young age is a huge risk. I did it & regret it. Didn't finish school, got pregnant young...it can really cloud your judgement. On the other hand I also think everyone needs to learn how to deal with the pressures. If your sheltered from things like parties, you may hit 21 & over do it. If you do it just be aware of your limits & abilities. Be smart

  9. Of course minors should be able to party, but without the alcohol and drugs.  I think that minors and some adults don't know how to control their alcohol and drug intake and that's what gets them into trouble.  Drinking at a young age can also lead to serious health problems such a liver diseases and not knowing what you are doing while drunk can also lead to many issues/dysfunctions that can become serious (drug addiction, spread of std's, spread of aids, etc.)  So yeah, everyone should be able to have the freedom to have fun, but just be smart on what kind of fun.

  10. When I was in my teen years I partied and I made it out ok.... Then again 16 different kids in my school didn't. I am sure their parents wished they hadn't. Still the choice is yours and if I remember right when I was that age I didn't listen to anyone but me.

  11. i think so im 14 and i love to get out of the house and hang out with friends and drink

  12. Yes because they can party without beer or liquor. Alcohol doesn't make the party the people and fun do.
