  1. Rabbit need TONS of attention and space to run arround. they are ALOT of work. i have or had a bunny, she got bored to easy of the cage so you have to let them out all the time or they will go crazy. they also p**p everywhere you should get him/her fixed and it will HELP with the potty traning. my bunny escaped and ran away because i had her caged up alot.

  2. in side the house in a cage.

  3. Depending on where you live it will probley need an indoor cage. Rabbits are not very tolerant of the heat. My rabbits are housed in a barn(I have about 15) and in the summer I run a swamp cooler. Frozen water bottles and a mister system are also an option. Make sure your cage has a wire bottom because rabbits don't like to sit in their p**p. You should also give it drywall to chew on, its a good mineral source and they like to sit on it. Hope this helps. Check out ARBA.net they have pics and will tell you about breeders and shows in your area.

  4. It's a mix.

Put them in a cage while you're not home. The cage should be as big as you can get it. (At least 4x the size of its body)

But whenever you get home, take it out of the cage and let it hop around. Keep an eye on it to make she there is no cord-biting, etc, going on.

A rabbit constantly left in the cage will be a very sad rabbit.

  5. You can do either really. You can have a large cage or you could free roam your rabbit in a rabbit proofed room.

You can build your own cage cheap and easy: http://www.guineapigcages.com/

They were originally made with guinea pigs in mind but if you make a large one with a lid it's perfect for a rabbit.
