  1. only 3? ok

    1. the way that they kill and raise the animals is so cruel. they are not even treated life living beings.

    2. it is very good for your health. some people convince themselves that they need meat, but we dont. meat is fattening, carries bacteria, diseases, and parisites.

    3. it is better for the enviroment. some ways are: it takes more vegtibles to feed the dairy cows, beef cows, chicken, pigs, ect. then it does to us. it takes a lot of fuel to transport the animals far distances. and, finally, it takes a lot of water to keep the animals.

there are 3 reasons. please consider them. : )

EDIT: AND YES, OF COURSE WE SHOULD STOP EATING THEM!!!

  2. ABSOLUTELY, PLEEEAASSE read the book "skinny b****",  (replace the stars with the letters)  i just finished reading it two weeks ago and havent eaten a SINGLE piece of meat, dairy or animal products ever since. This will open your eyes to all the GARBAGE that they put and allow into the meat in this country, the extremes of the animal cruelty, how the mass production of these animals for consumption has contributed largely to the greenhouse gas ozone layer situation, just cause of their farts alone! and how shady the USDA and other governmental agencies related to food are. They lie to us to continue supporting their billion dollar meat and dairy industries. Its absolutely disgusting and I, a former HUGE meat eater, now refuse to support any of it. And keeping people fat in america is great for the economy because then they have to PAY for the gym and plastic surgeries and "health foods" AND for the people that decide to keep on being chunky, their chances of dieing sooner are higher, and this is GREAT to the government ears, because part of the new world order is to decrease the population in the world. EDUCATE YOURSELVES PEOPLE, theres tons of preservatives and chemicals and diseases and stuff in your meat, dairy, and junk food, that keep u addicted and eff up your natural digestive functions and set up camp on your hips, thighs, intestines and arteries. Give it up, food is NOT supposed to taste that d**n good cause then you'll keep eating it! duh! Fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains (including whole grain pastas and breads) beans, and if you want include some soy and tofu in your diet. learn how to cook and season these things and your life will be amazing, thats ALL you need. You will no longer be a slave to food, food can be an addiction, addiction = weakness, dont be a weak punk, be strong! and take control of your life! NO MEAT, DAIRY, OR ANIMAL PRODUCTS! - eLLe
