So I have a shoulder injury, it is located kinda in the back of the shoulder. It started to happen when I played tennis. Its been hurting for quite some time now. Like for 3-4weeks. I've been using hot packs, and i also ice it. I don't know whats wrong, someone help!!!
Note- I rested my shoulder for like a month now and sometimes when I do something that involves that shoulder, it feels like I'm going to pull it again. But I think it got alot better, and im planning on doing rehab on it. Does anyone have any easy exercises for my shoulder AND if anyone know this injury can you please tell me what it is.
