Shrinking ae t-shirts?

I wear AE shirts size M but i think its a little too big....so i need to shrink them. I know people say to wash them in hot water and heat dry them...but my worries is will hot water and heat drying the shirts mess up the decorations and designs on them?

no it wont, just turn them inside out, then the water wont be shooting directly on the designs. it works for real.

I would just dry them in the dryer a few times because soaing in hot water might ruin the designs, please vote me as best answer!

nope just turn them inside out and if it doesn't shrink enough take it back off and just wash it the same way again if u wear it before you get it to fit it will stretch again
