Sidekick LX new video update error?

ok so i got the new Sidekick LX OTAU, i got the 4gb memory card, i have one video on it, whenever i try to put more in it its says video contains errors....wats wrong? i donwload the videos of youtube using download helper and use the "any video converter" is it the phone?converter?video? 10 pts 2 who ever helps me, and if u have a good FREE video converter and the link 2 get it thank u!!...lol i want the converter 2 be able to convert from .flv to mpeg4 or .3gp or anythin other format that the sidekick lx supports.

For converting flv to avi, mpeg, mp3. mp4, 3gp, wmv, etc. I use Moyea FLV to Video Converter
