Sims 2 Double Deluxe?

every time i play my sims game, its freezes when i make a family or play as one.i don't cheat it or put custom content on it. Help?

I might be able to help you so here goes my attempt:

Your should try to update your drivers (sound and graphics).

Try patching the game you might not have the most recent patch.



You could try reinstalling the game incase of an installing error.

Or it could be that your computer just can't handle the game.

You also need a processor speed of atleast 2.00 ghz or extremely close to that.

your computer might not have all the requirements for the game to work..so check those.

also try downloading the patches that are on the thesims2.com they fix some errors with the game.
