Sims 2 Ghost From Another Lot

Question

I killed a Sim off at one of their friend's house. The urn/tombstone is there, but the house isn't haunted! How do I get the ghost to haunt? Will ghosts only haunt their own lot?

Ghosts appear only at night and disappear before sunrise - always near their urn/tombstone. To make your ghost appear get one of the Sims on the lot to kick the urn/tombstone. This should make the ghost very angry! Everything about ghosts here:  http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title...

Ghost are only on the lot of their tombstone.

Well it depends on the death of the sim, the age, and their happiness before they died. I've never seen a sim ghost that was teen age or lower. On one of my lots, the husband cheated on his wife in front of her. She then died, ironic. She came back to haunt the house to scare my sims. Most of the time the sim's ghost haunt a house/lot to scare people. So they were probably mad before their death or didn't get over a past grievance.

-So before a sim dies get it angry

-Have a lot of tombstones/urns around the lot  

And yes the only haunt the lot the died on, unless you bring them back to life and kill them on another lot then the haunt that lot.
