Sims 2 double deluxe for PC?

ok. so i just bought my sims 2 double deluxe for PC a week ago.

now i have got cheats and stuff but when i look on youtube the sims play drums and guitars, so is their like a cheat to get them or do you have to download it, if so could you give me the website?

i've seen the videos from youtube and i got guitars and drums from University expansion! but i don't know about the mic stand tho
