Siruis Satellite Radio service?

Question

Considering buying as a Christmas gift for my husband as he drives alot for work and loves music, but I have read alot of negative online reviews with the Sportster 4 receiver having bad reception and also having bad customer service with Siruis.

Can you cancel the service at any time, hassle free? Has anyone experienced alot of reception problems. I dont understand all of the radio type big fancy technical words, so dont waste your time there. But my husband is very technical with wires and plugs and soldering and things.

Anyone?

I have sirius and have never had any problems.

I have a sportster 4 reception is fine,i also installed the fm direct adapter that they sell,this totally eliminates any interference.Ive had no trouble with cust.svc.

I bought my ex Sirius about 3 years ago for Christmas and he still loves it!!!  You don't sign a contract, just month to month.  It's very easy to install.  And the reception is great!!  If he is a football fan, they have a certain channel that is exclusive to them.  I think he would love it!!
