Sister Help!!!!!!!! plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

My sister gets away with everything! tell me if this is fair-

We are twins and she likes to just have an additude just because and she hits kicks and says bratty stuff like mom, u need to start acting like a parent. and my mom relizes she needs to stop violence (sister doesnt think hitting, kicking is violent) and says she is going to get grounded and then my sister goes "we'll see about that" or "cool" and then she slams her door with my fingers in it and kicks and hits and then stays in her room and falls asleep the next morning she has to say sorry but she says it like this " sorry but i dont mean it" and mom goes at least she said sorry. and then i said mom i thought u said she is grounded she goes well she said sorry. and it goes on the next day! if i am saying mom _my sisters name_ says she can do it as many times as she wants to cuz she knows shes not gonna get in trouble. and then she goes away on her bike without telling my mom and she knows she isnt soppsed to. and then my mom goes "stop taddleing" when i dont do nearly as much as trouble as she does, but here is the thing my mom and dad are divorced and we see our dad every tues. thursday and every other weekend. she knows she will get in trouble so she acts like an angel. tell me why she is doing this and is this fair at all? p.s. my mom knows im good with following rules and she doesnt act like she knows it.

wow! youre really opposite of your sister. talk to your dad about it. maybe she needs to stay with your dad if hes d only one she is scared of. your mom doesnt know how to dscipline your twin (sorry to say that). your mom is lucky because youare diffrent from your twin. just ignore your sis. make your mom happy all the time.

Just keep doing what you are doing & ignore your sister. She is just lashing out for attention.

It sounds like your mom needs to do a little bit of growing up. Your sister might be right, your mom needs to have some guts and be willing to punish your sister like she needs it. It sounds like your dad has an effect on her so maybe talk to your mom and give specific examples "i've gotten in trouble once compared to her 50 times in the last month...." and tell her that the fact that she doing anything about it is making it worse. This will be more effective if you talk to her about it when your sister isn't currently causing any problems. Don't do it when your sister just messed up and made you mad because your mom will just think that you're trying to make your sister mad. Basically you just have to wait for your sister to grow up and get over herself. Maybe you could try talking to your sister about how she's probably stressing your mom and you out, and it also sounds like you might be happier living at your dads house. Just something to think about. Hope it helps....

ignore her and you can turn into the better twin and she'll be jealous and you will be the mature one that everyone likes and when no one wants to hang out with her she'll know why!! : )
