3) depends where u live if u live on the east cost skim boarding is better if u live on the west coast the waves ar better so then surfing

4) surfing u can skim board on any beach and for surfing u have to have good waves

surfing is harder, more fun and if ur 13 if ur a surfer chicks dig that **** like crazy. but surfing is probablly harder to find a good spot pending on location. and to be honest skimboarders look like f**s and get in peoples ways all the time and ur not even in the water why go to the beach if 80% of the time ur out of the water
