ive been getting really bad tans for the last couple of years and they never seem to fade. do u know of any ways to lighten skin tones for good? also, what stores can i buy skin bleachers?

Please do not do this yourself at home.  Go to a Dr. and get the information you need.  You may damage your skin for ever.
