Sky box wont turn on ?

lights on but no ones home any ideas

Switch it off, leave one minute, then power up again (assume you've done this though).

And, of course double check all your cabling and leads are secure.

Check buttons on front of machine also, just incase the remotes dead.

If still no good then looks like a call to Sky techie.

if rebooting doesn't work (unplug leave off 30 seconds, plug back in and wait for 2 minutes then switch on ) will probably be start up capacitor. go to local repair shop

Manually tune your TV so that you can search for the channel.  Then once you have found it you can then save it.
