Sky freeview?

all my channels have stopped working all of a sudden!!!!! it just says ''there is a technical fault with this channel please try later'' i have tried turning it off and on again and removing the card but to no avail!!!!! im bored!!!!!!!!!

unplug it to . give it 2mins , then plug it in again

This often happens with my Sky box. I switch it off and wait a couple on minutes and then switch on, it takes several minutes to reset itself but after that it's OK.
